Pro Upgrade

If you currently use Release 4 of the DSS Player Pro software, American Dictation can help you upgrade to Release 5. Call 866-408-1383 and ask to speak with a Pro Audio consultant. There may be a nominal fee for installation, configuration and training assistance.

Mac Compatibility

The DSS Player Pro Release 5 ships with a Macintosh compatible version of the software. However, at this time, the Mac version does not include the following features:

  • Transcription status.
  • Individual folder path specification.
  • Linked documents.
  • Transfer by e-mail or FTP.
  • Automatic conversion to WAV format (converts to AIFF format).
  • Encryption/decryption.
  • Full device configuration settings.
