Since its inception, American Dictation has continued to lead the industry in sales and support of Philips digital dictation and transcription equipment. Once again, American Dictation has earned eligibility as a Master Digital Center, or MDC, for Philips Speech Processing.
This designation is only awarded to those dealers who exhibit a provide professional service and support for the professional line of Philips dictation products. Ross identified the new Philips SpeechMike Air as a prime example of Philips' commitment to innovation. "The SpeechMike Air is one of our most popular products because of how well it works to provide wireless dictation and speech recognition," said Ross.
