Inexpensive FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows automatic transfer of your files from your existing Dictation and Transcription Software (Olympus, Philips and Grundig Professional models only). We call it "Talk and Dock" technology. Simply place your recorder in it's docking cradle, or plug it in via usb cable, and your voice files are automatically downloaded off of the recorder, the recorder is cleaned and ready for use, and your files are sent to our secure server, where your transcription software automatically retrieves the files for you. Typed files are sent back the same way.
Need More control? We also have Novusfiles, a HIPAA compliant secure web based system that allows each voice file to be manually uploaded to our Server. Important notes can be added to each file, along with a "Stat" designation to assure prompt transcription. Files can be uploaded from any device, and typed files downloaded, anywhere that you have a high speed internet connection. Simplicity, Security and Control at your fingertips.
