All New Dragon Voice Shortcuts

With the newly added Dragon Voice Shortcuts you can control your PC using only your voice. Sending an Email, managing your appointments, finding documents, or surfing the web is smoother and faster than ever! Say, "Search maps for Italian restaurants in San Diego, California," and Dragon 10 will use the default search engine and web browser to enter your dictated term(s) in the search field and return the results. Google, Yahoo, eBay, Wikipedia and YouTube are among the many sites supported by Dragon 10.

Note: Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 uses Google Desktop or Windows Vista desktop when searching the computer for content.

Create and Edit Documents

In Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Professional, users can easily create new documents and spreadsheets as well as edit existing ones. With the new "play back" feature, users can listen to their dictation while Dragon highlights the corresponding text on the screen for easy to follow proofreading.

Quick Voice Formatting commands allow for quick and easy manipulation of text. Also, DNS 10 Professional comes with an extensive list of Natural Language Commands meaning users no longer have to memorize complex instructions. In Microsoft Word, for example, a user can say "make that bigger," and the font size increases instantly.

Automate Complex or Repetitive Tasks with Voice Commands

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Professional supports many sophisticated macros designed to automate document-intensive business tasks and improve overall productivity. A single voice command can insert text and graphics into a document, such as a signature used at the end of an Email. Custom voice commands can be created to execute virtually any task involving multiple keystrokes and/or mouse clicks.

Support for Enterprise Deployments

DNS 10 Professional now completely supports enterprise networks. It includes a special management guide for IT professionals, new security features for administrators and support for Citrix deployments. Organizations can centrally manage user profiles, custom vocabularies and multiple installations. With support for Citrix thin-client environments, Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Professional can be installed on a Citrix server so dictation files can be available from Citrix thin-clients throughout the organization.

Dictate On-the-Go for Later Transcription

Users on the go have the freedom to dictate into a digital voice recorder (Nuance-certified) which can then be automatically transcribed by Dragon 10 Professional when synched with a PC. The transcribed document can then be easily passed along to others for review and correction.
