NOTE FOR MAC USERS: The DS-5000 comes pre-configured for DSS Pro format (.ds2) files. While the DSS Player for Mac will play these files, you have to upgrade your Mac software for your transcription kit if you use an Olympus Transcription Kit in order to play these files. For PC users of the Olympus Transcription Module, you will need to upgrade to Release 5 of the DSS Player Pro.
