Consumer Transcription

Consumer digital transcription kits are designed for the light or occasional typist.

They lack the functions and features of their professional counterparts. Features such as encryption, automatic sending and receiving of files, and the ability to play DSS Pro or .ds2 voice files are typically not available with consumer transcribers.
