The Olympus PT5 foam ear cushions are the replacement ear cushions for the Olympus E-61 and E-62 headsets (One pair each of the large and small cushions).
These are the Olympus factory replacement foam ear cushions that are on the E-99 and E-62 headsets included with the Olympus AS-7000 and AS-2400 Transcription Kits.
