So - what is my opinion on whether you need an extended warranty or not? At the price offered and the service we have seen from CPS, overwhelmingly -YES, buy one. We do not see many of our items break, even after many years of service, however, when it happens, the user is ultimately sorry they did not insure the product, especially when told they could have a new unit for only $39!

Olympus dictation equipment and American Dictation is Fantastic!

I purchased the Olympus DS-9500 and the foot pedal as well. I got everything set up and mostly installed on my network. But I had a few issues. I called American Dictation for support, and within less than five minutes, all issues were resolved. The equipment is great and the customer service is even better.

A prompt response in a professional manner to solve a problem that was a "nightmare" for us.
