I have had two of these before this one I just got. They last a long, although I have to glue the little white ear pieces on.

I purchased the Olympus DS-9500 and the foot pedal as well. I got everything set up and mostly installed on my network. But I had a few issues. I called American Dictation for support, and within less than five minutes, all issues were resolved. The equipment is great and the customer service is even better.
A prompt response in a professional manner to solve a problem that was a "nightmare" for us.
